Sponsorship and Charity

At Party Hire Shop, we believe in supporting our local community and giving back where possible. Whether it’s a fundraising gala, school event, charity auction or an NFP community initiative, we’re proud to offer support through discounted or complimentary hire.

How We Can Help

Each year, we allocate a limited number of sponsorships and charity support packages to eligible organisations and groups. This may include:

• Discounted or complimentary glassware hire or party hire items.
  

• Collaborative promotion on our social media channels.

Please note that while we’d love to support every request, due to the volume we receive, we are unable to accommodate them all. Priority is given to registered charities, not-for-profit organisations and causes aligned with our values and community focus.

How to Apply

To be considered for sponsorship please send us the following details:

• Name of the organisation and event

• Event date and location

• Description of the event and its purpose

• Specific hire items you are requesting

• Estimated number of attendees

• How our business will be acknowledged at the event

Send your request via our contact form with the above information at least 4 weeks prior to your event.

We’ll review each requests and respond as soon as possible.
